Return Policy and Procedures

We 100% guarantee our products for a period of 30 days after shipping date, with just a few minor exceptions noted below. All product returns must have prior, authorized approval from our customer care department. If you are dissatisfied with any product, you must e-mail us at (M-F 10am to 3pm CST) within 30 days of shipping date to get a return per-approval and a Return Authorization Number. Once we receive your return we'll have a store credit issued for you within 48 hours.

Your store credit will not include associated handling or shipping charges previously paid. In some situations, a 25% restocking fee may be charged.

For all approved returns, the customer is required, at customer's expense, to return the products along with the Return Authorization Number to:

Generally, all unopened, resalable containers may be returned for full credit or refund. Exceptions to our guarantee and return policy are: (1) no returns on custom 3D Printed items; (2) no returns on 3D Printer printed parts in our kits, however we will gladly re-print any part you might need; No store credit or refund will be issued without prior authorized approval from our customer care department.

Note: Without authorization for a return you can be subject to all charges both from our store and from UPS; if an order is refused for delivered without prior authorization the client will be charged a $15 return fee from UPS, and actual shipping cost for both directions of travel. As well as the 20% re-stocking fee and any other charges incurred in the return process, this can be avoided by e-mailing us and obtaining a return authorization number from our customer support manager. 3D Printer, 3D Printer DIY Kits & Electronic Equipment Returns:

  • All refunds/ returns must be processed within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • All 3D printer returns must be authorized by before sending the unit back...
  • A full refund will be issued for a return in which the printer is in "NEW" and re-sellable condition:
    "NEW" and re-sellable condition means that the device has never been assembled, powered up, programmed, or otherwise changed - also the item must come in it's original packaging and have not been removed from it's bubble or shrink wrapping.
  • No refunds will be issued for any reason on 3D Printers & Electronics that have been powered up, assembled or removed from their original packaging.

Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items

Q. I received a damaged or incorrect item. How do I get this resolved?
A. We will reship the appropriate item and make arrangements to pick up the incorrect or damaged item. Please e-mail Customer Care at, Monday to Friday from 10am to 3pm CST. Be sure to include your name, invoice number, zip code and a brief description of the product in question.

Q. I received my order and I'm missing an item.
A. First, make sure the missing item is not marked back ordered on the email shipping notice that was emailed to you at the time of shipping; if that item was listed as backordered we'll have this item automatically shipped out once we have more in stock. If the missing product is small, empty all the packing material to be sure the item is not hidden. If you still cannot locate the item, contact us and we will immediately ship a replacement at no cost to you. Since every package is weighed before shipping, it is very easy to confirm missing items. Just e-mail Customer Care at, Monday to Friday from 10am to 3pm CST. Be sure to include your name, zip code, invoice number and a brief description (including item number) of the missing product.

Am I liable if there are charges that I didn't authorize on my credit card?

Most credit card companies have toll-free numbers and 24-hour service to deal with these emergencies -- they are eager to avoid credit card fraud. (Below is an up to date list of Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card and American Express Card's personal security statements and info about what to do if you have unauthorized activity on your card.

According to US law, (this law works whether you are buying 3D Printers, 3D filament or a new house with your credit card) Once you have reported the loss or theft of your credit card, you have no more responsibility for unauthorized charges. Further, your maximum liability under federal US law is $50 per credit card -- and most credit card issuers will even waive that fee for good customers (see below list).

In plain English that means that if you see a charge on your card that you don't recognize then all you have to do is call your credit card company and inform them of the problem and they will issue a reversal immediately. You aren't liable for that charge anymore! So shopping online is very safe... but if the unthinkable happens you still aren't out any money!

How to Purchase Items

Add your items to the shopping cart

Whenever you’re browsing our site, there is a virtual shopping cart at your disposal to hold your purchases. When you find an item you want to purchase, from the product’s detail page click the orange ‘Add To Shopping Cart’ button. Every time you add something to your cart, you will be taken to a page with an itemized list of what’s in your shopping cart.

To remove an item from your cart, simply change the quantity of the desired item to 0 and then press the “Update Qty.” button near the bottom of the shopping cart and it will be “put back on the shelf”.

Once you’ve added something to your shopping cart, it remains unless you remove it by clicking on the trash can icon, even if you hit the ‘back’ button on your web browser.

To shop more, click the button below the itemized list of products that reads ‘Continue Shopping’ and you’ll return to the home page of our site. If at anytime you wish to view the contents of your shopping cart in detail, click on the 'Shopping Cart/Checkout' on the top right hand side of the page.

If you are done shopping and want to purchase your stuff, from the shopping cart page click the orange button on the right hand side of the page labeled ‘Proceed to Checkout’. If you are NOT on the shopping cart page, and are just browsing the store, you can proceed right to checkout by clicking the 'Shopping Cart/Checkout' on the top right hand side of the page.

First you will need to click on the blue button 'Check Out' at the bottom of the page.

The next step will be to indicate your credit card information under ‘Payment Method’. At this point, you will also have the option to change your preference for shipping and to edit your shipping and billing addresses. When you’re done entering all the correct info and ready to pay, click ‘Continue’ to review your order.

The next and final step will be to review your order and then hit the 'Send Order' button, anytime up till you hit the 'Send Order' button you can still change your order or payment method without a charge. Once you hit the 'Send Order' your order will be processed.

After you click ‘Send Order', your receipt will appear on the screen. We also email you a copy to the email address you provide.

Will I have to pay Sales Tax?

Only Missouri residents will have to pay sales tax, all other states will have no tax added to your purchase.

I see two charges on my card, what happened?

I apologize about that however; we haven’t taken money twice from your charge card for this transaction. The second charge you see is an authorization done at the time you place your order. These authorizations are done automatically when you placed the order, to make sure the card is valid. A hotel or restaurant would do the same make sure the card is valid and not stolen or out of date.

Credit cards will usually remove to charge in 24-48 hours however, some charge cards and debit cards can hold the authorization for up to 2 weeks. If you call your bank they can explain it much better than we can. If your billing statement happened to close and be sent to you while the authorization was on the card the paper statement will show this as a charge however, if you call your bank or credit card company they will be able to help you and show that the charge is no longer on the card as it was only an authorization.

How Do I Change The Products That I Ordered?

If you ordered the wrong product or if you would like to delete or add a product, the best idea is to e-mail our customer service at as soon so possible.

NOTE: In many cases orders will go to processing just minutes after placing the order so it may be to late to change the order even if you e-mail us right after you place the order. However, we will do our best to get the order changed or help you exchange the items for what you meant to order.

NOTE: If you have made your payment via Bitcoin's no change or cancellation or refunds can be given for ANY reason due to the nature of Bitcoins once we receive your payment to our CoinBase account the order will be processed and shipped - if the order is for a custom job or for a 3D Printer the order can not be canceled or refunded for any reason to your BitCoin account once you have sent payment to our CoinBase account.

How much is shipping and how quickly will I get my package?
